Please note that Hibernate is not a task killer; it freezes selected tasks, unloads them from operating memory, and prevents further CPU usage while retaining them in the system's list of "running" tasks. The app follows Android documentation guidelines explaining that "running" does not necessarily mean any of the task's code is currently loaded or active; the system may have frozen the task for restart in its previous state upon reactivation. Hibernate instructs the system to freeze selected tasks, allowing them to be maintained in a frozen state.
